What I Do

I help you use the relaxed, focused, state of  HYPNOSIS to access the power of your subconscious mind. Hypnosis can be used to access your potential, skills, and past experiences, and apply them to to your goals. It can be used to retrieve information, access your inner healing, and to change subconscious automatic programming and self-sabotage. 

I also work as a psychotherapist, providing brief- and longer-term treatment for depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
